Thank you for choosing Inlife! We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all our electric bike orders. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below to understand our process, fees, and delivery times.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, provided the item is in stock and payment has been successfully processed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If there is a delay in processing your order due to stock availability, we will notify you via email or phone with an estimated shipping date.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of your order, and your delivery location. Shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
· Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $600 within Mexico.
· Standard Shipping: $10000 for orders below the minimum for free shipping.
· Expedited Shipping: $20000 (if applicable), with faster delivery options available at checkout.
Shipping costs for international orders may vary, and additional customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Methods
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery of your products. The available shipping methods include:
· Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
· Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days (available for select locations).
· International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country. Additional shipping charges and customs duties may apply.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
4. International Shipping

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order’s progress on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update the tracking information.
