Warranty Policy

At Inlife, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality electric bikes designed for durability and performance. We offer a limited warranty to ensure your peace of mind when purchasing our products.
1. Warranty Coverage
Inlife offers a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid for the following time periods from the original date of purchase:
· Frame: 5 years
· Motor: 2 years
· Battery: 1 year
· Electronic Components (Controller, Display, etc.): 1 year
· Other Parts (such as wheels, pedals, handlebars, etc.): 1 year
This warranty covers repairs or replacements of defective parts, provided the conditions outlined below are met.
2. What Is Covered by the Warranty?
The Inlife warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If any of the following occur during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part free of charge:
· The frame has a structural defect or crack due to manufacturing issues.
· The motor is faulty or non-functional due to manufacturing defects.
· The battery has a substantial decrease in performance under normal usage.
· Electronic components (e.g., controller, display) malfunction due to defects.
3. What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?
This warranty does not cover the following:
· Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect (e.g., improper storage, riding in extreme weather conditions, collisions, etc.).
· Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, chains, and gears.
· Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
· Issues caused by improper assembly or maintenance.
· Loss or theft of the bike.
· Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect the bike's functionality.
4. Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) to verify the date of purchase.
3. Describe the Issue: Clearly describe the problem you are experiencing with your electric bike. If possible, include photos or videos to help us assess the issue.
4. Assessment and Resolution: Once your claim is received, we will review the details and determine the best course of action, which may include sending replacement parts, arranging for a repair, or replacing the entire product.
5. Warranty Repair or Replacement
If a part or product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, Inlife will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. We may either:
· Repair the defective part.
· Replace the defective part with a new or refurbished part.
· Replace the entire product with a new or refurbished unit.
Inlife will cover the cost of shipping for warranty repairs or replacements, but you may be responsible for any shipping costs incurred if the product is not covered under warranty or if the warranty period has expired.
6. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty will be voided if the following conditions are met:
· The bike has been modified in any way, including alterations to the frame, motor, battery, or electrical components.
· The bike has been used for commercial purposes, such as rental services, without prior approval from Inlife.
· The bike has been involved in an accident or used in a manner inconsistent with normal, intended use (e.g., off-roading, extreme sports).
· The bike has been improperly stored or maintained, or repairs have been attempted by an unauthorized service provider.
7. Warranty Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the bike. If you sell or transfer the bike to another person, the warranty will be void.
8. Limitation of Liability
The liability of Inlife under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and does not extend to other damages or costs, including but not limited to:
· Cost of installation or removal of parts.
· Cost of shipping or handling.
· Any consequential or incidental damages that may result from using the bike, such as injury, property damage, or loss of use.
9. Warranty Period for Parts
Parts replaced under warranty will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product, or 90 days, whichever is longer. If a product is replaced entirely, the new product will be covered under the original warranty terms from the original purchase date.
